How do I subscribe to revision guides?

In order to subscribe to a revision guide, you need to be registered and logged into our site. To register click here or to login click here . Once you have logged in, go to 'Subscribe to Guides' on the right hand side menu, then you will see a list of revision guide levels.

Click on the level of guides that you wish to subscribe to and the available guides for that level will appear. You will only be able to view guides that you are not already subscribed to. To then subscribe to your desired guides, click on the checkboxes next to them and then click on the 'Submit' button. You will then be asked to enter payment details.

I've forgotten my password! How can I get back into my account?

On the login page, you will find a link that says 'I've forgotten my password!' This can be seen in the picture below:

When you click on this link it will take you to a page that asks for your email address. This email address must be the same one that you used to register for this site. We will then email you a new password that you can use to get back into your account. We recommend that you change you password to one that you remember when you log back in, click here to learn how to do this.

I want to change my password and/or my details

Your password can be changed by clicking on 'Change My Details' on the right hand side menu when you are logged in. This can be seen in the picture below:

You can then change your password by clicking on 'Change My Password. This will bring up the following fields:

Inside this page you can also change your personal information, address information and account information. Just enter the new information and click 'Update my Details'..

I keep getting this message: "You have logged in at another location so you will now be logged out...."

The most likely cause for this message is that you have shared your username and password with someone else and they have used it to log in on another computer. To avoid this happening again, change your password and/or username and don't share your username and password with anyone.

How do I view the answer to a question inside a revision guide?

How can I tell what the Level of Achievement is for a question?

What is the cost of subscribing to a revision guide and how long will my subscription last?

All revision guide subscriptions are $15 each and your subscription will last until the end of the year, no matter what date you subscribe. To get the most out of your guides, subscribe early!

What payment methods are available?

We accept Credit Cards, Bank Deposit and Cheques. The following credit cards can be used:

What happens if someone uses my username and password?

If you share your username and password with someone, you will both start getting the message '"You have logged in at another location so you will now be logged out...." and this will continue to happen. To avoid this, change your password and/or username and don't share it with anyone.

What browsers are best for viewing the revision guides?

Our site is optimised for Mozilla Firefox and we suggest that you download it in order to view our site at its best! However, our site and revision guides also work on the popular browsers such as Safari or Internet Explorer. Whichever browser you use, make sure you have Javascript enabled. What are minimum requirements for internet connection?

Our site loads quickly on fast connections such as broadband and cable. Dial-up users will able to surf our site with limited delays but may experience a reasonable delay (around 10 seconds) when loading some achievement standards. However, once the achievement standard has loaded, dial-up users should have no delays viewing the answers or scrolling down to view other questions.
